Self-Nominated Awards are submitted using the Self Recognition Awards Form 2027
  • Deadline: March 29, 2027 at 9am

All nominations must be submitted electronically using the Jotform. Paper nominations will not be accepted.
  • Late nominations will not be considered for recognition in 2027

  • To nominate a volunteer for an award:

Review the awards available and select the most appropriate award. Awards can only be provided to adults who are registered Girl Scout volunteers. This form only pertains to one volunteer, but you can nominate each volunteer for multiple awards (see below). Each award requires a certain amount of endorsement letters. Provided this form is filled out fully, this will count as one endorsement letter; if the award you selected requires more than one endorsement letter, please have the other endorser complete the form as well. To nominate another volunteer, fill the form out again.
  • Nominating a volunteer has no cost to it and the award itself is provided free to the nominee.
