Please read this section thoroughly.

Local travel requires this form and supporting documents completed 7-10 business days before your departure date. Local travel constitutes travel by ground transportation and less than 100 miles from your troop meeting location within the continental United States.

Domestic Travel requires this form and supporting documents completed at least 30 business days before your trip. Domestic travel constitutes traveling more than 100 miles from your troop meeting location.

International Travel (including Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii) requires this form completed at least 6 months before your departure date to start the process of gathering all necessary documents.
